Shim Capital LLC provides business financing and arranges commercial financing through a network of funding partners. We are not a bank. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend. All funding is subject to application, underwriting, verification, and approval.
No guarantee of results
Funding amounts, rates, terms, and timelines shown on this site — including references to approvals or funding "in as little as 24 hours" — are estimates that reflect typical outcomes for qualified applicants. Actual offers depend on your business, creditworthiness, and other factors, and are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to seek financing on behalf of your business.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Authorization to contact
By submitting an application or your contact information, you authorize Shim Capital LLC to contact you by email or phone about your request. We text you only if you opt in to text messages (see "SMS Terms" below). You may opt out of marketing email at any time via our unsubscribe page.

What you'll receive: updates on your business funding application, requests for documents, funding offers, and occasional business-funding promotions. You join only by checking the optional SMS consent box on our funding application. Consent is not a condition of applying, of any purchase, or of receiving funding.
Message frequency: varies; up to 8 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL also work). We will send one confirmation, then no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
